At Auraa Cart, your satisfaction is our priority. Since our fridge magnets are custom-printed products, each item is made specifically for you. However, we understand that issues may occur, and we are here to help.

Eligibility for Return or Refund (Within 7 Days)

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective

• The print quality is significantly different from the design you uploaded

• You received the wrong product

Non-Eligible Cases

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect design, spelling, or artwork uploaded by the customer

• Minor print or color variations due to screen differences

How to Request a Return/Refund

Email us at info@auraacart.com with:

1. Order number

2. Description of the issue

3. Clear photos of the product

We will respond within 24–48 hours.

Replacement or Refund

If approved, you will receive:

• A free replacement, or

• A partial/full refund, depending on the issue

Return Shipping

For items damaged or incorrect due to our error, return shipping is free.
